I am close to Downtown L.A. and LAX, and all of the new stadiums. it is an urban neighborhood. This is a great place to stay for anyone coming to L.A. for a while and want to save money on accommodations. You will have your own room. Shared/Private bathroom. You will have full access to the kitchen to make your own meals. I have a washer and dryer. If you stay here for 1 week you are entitled to doing two loads of laundry.
