NON SMOKING NO PETS Interested student or students ( capacity available for 2) can either occupy a bedroom upstairs with own washroom or basement apartment downstairs with own washroom. I share the space so please respect my home. I have have the following COVID measures that must be adhered to i) please wear face mask when on main ground floor ii) please absolutely no guests inside the home, iii) please wipe down surfaces before and after using common areas.
