Mom and 19-year old son in quiet neighborhood in 4 BR home. House is walking distance to bus stop and perfect for students attending UCSD in La Jolla. Bedrooms are furnished with bed/desk/ and dresser. Bathroom is shared with 2 individuals. Use of Kitchen is always available. We have patio and space for BBQ in the back of the house. Washer/Dryer available with laundry privileges. Extra large refrigerator for storing groceries. Mom works most days. Looking ideally for an international exchange student for several months at a time.
