We rent the upper floor of our house, totally independent, has 1 room, with air conditioning, dining room, kitchen and private bathroom with hot / cold water, TV, and refrigerator. It has a very cool terrace that will allow you to be a spectator in the first row of fantastic sunrises and sunsets.
