My house is on a quiet street in American University Park, just minutes from the Friendship Heights Metro, restaurants and shopping. American University Law School ls a walkable one mile or one Metro stop to Tenley Town. Widowed grandmother, I live across the street from my daughter and her family, hence the house name.
