I rent a room to a girl, student or worker. For a long stay (minimum 3 months) Located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods of the city. It is a room of 40m2 in the upper part of the house, with its own sofa and TV, free WIFI, private terrace, individual bathroom, is in a detached house with a nice garden, pool, barbecue .... I offer free parking in the same house, also with space to leave a bike or a motorbike, (I can lend you a bike) The buses and tram to connect with the different university areas and city center are very close. quiet zone We are a uniparental family with two very funny, 17 and 14 year old, girls ideal for learning Spanish, we are a very active family and we like to go out to the mountains and to ski, in summer surfing the beach.
