We offer two furnished bedrooms on the ground level of our home, reserved exclusively for homestay students. Each room includes a bed, linens, a desk or vanity, a cabinet, and a chair. Utilities, laundry, and internet are included. Students share a kitchen (equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and rice cooker) and a bathroom. The environment is quiet and study-focused. * Payment & Stay Terms: A one-month rent payment and damage deposit are required upon arrival. Minimum stay: 90 days.
