I live in a very quiet neighborhood in a beautiful spacious 2/2 apartment. The apartment is literally in the middle of Amman and close to everywhere! It has a living room, washing room, kitchen and a cute little patio. You'd be renting a room with its private bathroom and we share the living room. The person wanting to rent should be preferably very clean and we would be splitting the chores and taking turns buying the stuff we both use like dish soap, laundry detergent...etc
