- My name is Johnny, your main host. I have a degree in Language and Communication and I am at your disposal to offer you unconditionally and in a planned and entertaining way my knowledge of grammar, phonetics, semantics, vocabulary, and spelling of Spanish with less accent of Latin America (Neutral Spanish), as well as your cultural immersion. - Within our accommodation rate, we offer interaction and linguistic immersion in activities such as typical or Latin dances, accompaniment to cultural, recreational, or shopping excursions, cooking and pastry activities; storytelling, theater, phonetic karaoke, speech and dubbing, board games such as scrabble and others; all included in the nightly rate. - We live in one of the best warm and quiet areas of Lima, surrounded by shopping malls, nightclubs, educational institutions, churches, and medical centers. -We are 4 members in a large house: 3 adults and a teenager: my mother, my sister, her 13-year-old son, and me. - And we are very excited to socialize with foreign people to learn also about their culture and more about their language; but, above all, so that you have an unforgettable learning experience.
