Basement area of our house for rent between Feb 1 and June 30. Includes bedroom, private bathroom and lounge are with fridge, microwave, kettle, dining table, TV and extra single bed. Access to shared kitchen upstairs. We are a family of 4 with 2 children who are 9 and 11. If you're in Toronto for a few months, looking for a place to stay in a friendly and safe environment, get in touch with us. The room is ideal for a single person but under special circumstances, we could consider hosting two people.
