Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We are 10 min walk to the Monon through a shortcut a block away. Downtown to your left and City Center to your right. Many Restaurants, Shops, and fine Dining. Walking distance to Meijer and even Kroger. We are walking distance to most everything. House is on a cul de sac and room is on ground floor, near front door. Room is 12x10 and faces the front. We are a family of 3 (boys are at university but, home for holidays) and as our pets are away, we can not home additional pets as the odors are triggers and can affect the carpet. Home is very open and room is very accessible.
