Family home on a private street surrounded by families. Private park across the street. We live next to Alouette Lake and Golden Ears Provincial park so an outdoor enthusiast would love the area. Lots of hiking and biking trails. The house is on a greenbelt and near the Alouette River. We are a family with young kids. Renting out our finished basement that was used previously as a spare room, office and home theater. We have a bed that can be used and a wardrobe in the room for clothing. Internet, utilities and A/C included. Meals could be discussed as an extra cost. Near bus stops.
