Hi, I am Alix. I am English, but have been living in Madrid for over 20 years. I am lucky to have an amazing job supporting charities and non profits all over the world. I have three children, two of whom are at university in the UK, and the most handsome Labrador, Watson. We're a bilingual family, fluent in English and Spanish. Our house is a newly built family home situated in a peaceful historic colony with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. Very well situated, just a 5-7 minute walk to Plaza Castilla, Chamartin train station, shops, bars and restaurants. Bus or metro easily straight into the centre of Madrid in 20 minutes. The large studio-style bedroom - living room - study with walk-in wardrobe, is very spacious with lots of light and a private bathroom.
