My husband and I are the only residents. We are on the downstairs floor. We have a second floor in our home and there are 3 bedrooms; a bathroom; a living room and a small kitchen that provides privacy for the students. My husband and I are both retired. I used to teach at the college down the street from us and Mark worked as an IT person for IBM. We are home most of the time. We travel when convenient. We both speak Portuguese as a second language. Our neighborhood is quiet, close to the beach; the airport ( Orange County); a shopping mall ( South Coast plaza) and several supermarkets. We do not allow students to smoke; do drugs or bring boyfriend/girlfriend home to spend the night. No pets are allowed either.
