Phil and Sung are a couple in their 50s. Phil speaks English, Spanish, and Korean. We are interested in talking with friends, travel, computer/internet, foreign cultures, camping, the outdoor. At Phil and Sung's guests can stay a minimum of 7 nights, and up to a maximum of 365 nights. A very quiet, private room and safe neighborhood. This room is designed for one person and includes a private, spacious bathroom, storage closet, and furniture. $500 deposit $850 per month $100 Add utilities fee(electric, gas, water) The first month's rent is due before move in.
