It is fully equipped (Wifi, kitchen, bathroom, WC, etc.) in a new residence from 2019, meeting all accessibility and insulation standards. As this is my main residence, I live there with my two adorable dogs, two old Golden Retrievers, particularly well trained and generating no noise pollution.
