Historic cozy cottage on a small lot. Quiet side yard with water fountain, sitting area, and fire pit are accessible to tenant. Property is located in Historic Roser Park and includes lots of walkable paths and one of the most unique parks in the city. Airy room with lots of natural light. Queen sized Murphy bed with built in shelves and drawers on either side. Room includes closet, tall dresser, mount for TV, and a desk with storage. I can provide pictures of the room upon request; I currently cannot post photos because the room is occupied by my roommate.
