This is the house of a family of four. My daughter is 18 and my son is 17. We are sharing our spare en suite bedroom(with its own bathroom) with students. So you will have your own space as well as shared spaces such as garden, kitchen and living room. Price £220.00 per week including bills, wifi, breakfast, evening meals (Sunday to Thursday) and laundry washes. A recently constructed, comfortable room includes: • A small double bed • A mirrored single wardrobe • A study desk and chair • A chest of drawers Breakfast(every day) and Dinner(Sunday to Thursday) Excellent transport links: • Close to 5/5A/5B bus routes • 10-minute walk to both Aldrington and Portslade train stations Free off-street parking available.
