We live in the very beautiful Broadway area in Saskatoon. We live in a larger character home two blocks from the river. We are within walking distance to the University of Saskatchewan, downtown, the river and main shopping areas. We have two young daughters and my husband and I are teachers. We also have a very shy and quiet small dog. We have a large bedroom that sits empty most of the time and would love to rent this to a female university student during the year. We are looking for a female student only
