Our structure is a residence hotel subject to hotel legislation and as such we cannot stipulate traditional or transitional rental contracts for possible registration. The Top White Suites are two newly built units equipped with a single sofa bed that can be converted into a large double bed, single bed or two single beds, this to cover every living need. The living area is very bright thanks to a window and a French door equipped with electric shutters. The bathroom coverings are cream-colored, the high quality accessories with suspended sanitary ware, the electrical system is equipped with controlled sockets for turning on and off a floor lamp. In the bathroom, the lights are turned on and off with a motion sensor. In the living room, new curtains made to measure by an upholsterer have been placed. The equipment includes Sony 4K LCD TV installed on the wall, a kitchen complete with fridge and freezer, induction cookers, built-in washing machine, microwave and the presence of a safe. These features make the Top White Suites our smart solution.
