Please note that a mandatory monthly cleaning is required and is not included in the rental value. This value is equal to 100 euros per month as mentioned in the rental conditions of the listing. The final cleaning is, instead, equal to 180 euros as mentioned in the admin fee section. Please note that for stays shorter than 6 months, the Übernachtungssteuer fee will be applied.
