Utilities are not included in the monthly rent, which amounts to 85 EUR. The actual cost will be calculated at the end of the stay. If consumption is significantly exceeded in some months, the tenant will be informed, and an extra charge will be made. Please note that there is a final cleaning fee at move out of 80 EUR.
