Please be aware the tenant in the other bedroom has a cat. The apartment is located on a 5th floor in a building with elevator. Cost of water is included in rental price while gas and electricity will be paid according to consumption. Currently there's no internet. For contractual reasons only tenants coming from EU will be accepted.
