The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to comply with this instruction will result in the impossibility of entering the flat. RENTAL CONDITIONS: According to Italian law, it is mandatory to request a valid Italian tax code to sign the rental contract. You can request one by contacting your local consulate or going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one week before the check-in.
