Each one comes fully furnished with a single bed, high-quality mattress, two sets of bed linen and towels, a four-season duvet, bedspread, and pillow with cover. You’ll also find a wardrobe, desk with chair and lamp, plus an additional bedside lamp and, in some rooms, a cosy reading armchair. The rent already includes TV, unlimited high-speed internet, and regular cleaning services, as well as water and electricity up to €50 per month per room. Any usage above this limit will be shared among tenants. The shared living room is the perfect place to relax or socialise, equipped with a dining table, chairs, armchairs, and television. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house with no limits. The fully equipped kitchen features a fridge with freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, crockery, glasses, cutlery, and all the essential cooking utensils, from pots and pans to knives.
