Elegant refurbished studio in neo-classical historical building with hydraulic mosaic, furnished and equipped of about 35 m2 in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. Very central, just 5 minutes walk from Las Ramblas and the Cathedral and 10 minutes walk from Plaza Cataluña. Next to the metro stops Liceu (L3) and Jaume I (L4).
Neo-classic historical building cataloged by the City Council of Barcelona, with original floors of hydraulic mosaic and vintage windows. The building is composed of studios for short stays, ideal for workers, work practices, master's degree students or graduates, or people who come to Barcelona for the first time and seek a temporary home.
The studio is on the floor 6th floor. The space comes furnished with double bed, a set of sheets, towels, wardrobe, shelves and living room with sofa bed, dining table and chairs. The American wood kitchen has basic utensils for cooking and utensils, along with a two-burner electric stove, microwave, kettle and a small fridge.
The whole property has WiFi and a communal washing machine.
