Our apartment is located on the second floor, with a sleeping area situated on a mezzanine, giving the space a unique charm and added comfort. It is spacious and equipped with numerous wardrobes, providing ample space for storing clothes and other personal belongings.
The apartment includes basic appliances and additional equipment for a comfortable stay, with a one-time surcharge upon arrival:
* Induction cooktop: €20
* Electric kettle: €10
* Toaster: €20
* Dishes and cutlery: €30
* Bedding for one person: €20, for two people: €30
* Microwave oven: €20
* Towel (per piece): €5
* Hairdryer: €5
* Air conditioning unit: €15 per month of use
* Washing machine available in the building, surcharge of €20 per month of use.
* Bicycle rental per month: €10
* Electric scooter rental: 1 month €100. Each additional month €35.
* Bicycle rental for more than one year: Free. Deposit €150.
* Electric scooter rental for more than one year: Free. Deposit €500.
The surcharge for the listed equipment is not intended as an additional cost but has been introduced to allow lower rental prices for those who do not require this equipment or prefer to use their own.
Other amenities are available upon request, depending on your needs. The stated surcharge for additional equipment applies for the entire rental period and is paid as a one-time fee upon arrival. The listed rental price applies to one person. The surcharge for a second person depends on the rental duration. The reservation includes a stay only for registered guests. Any additional person staying overnight is subject to a charge of €12 per night. Guests may have visitors, but visitors staying longer than two hours will be considered additional guests and charged accordingly. Failure to register additional persons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund. Sharing the entrance code with others is strictly prohibited. This measure is implemented for security reasons and legal obligations and is essential for the protection of all guests and the host. The shared public area of the building is under video surveillance.
