This spacious accommodation in a serene and stunning environment is the perfect spot for a long stay (minimum of 32 days). Cala Santanyi is ideal for digital nomads (fiber-optic internet throughout the house and garden) or for anyone seeking a second home in a pleasant climate with all amenities at hand. The small town of Santanyi (3 km away) is lively all year round, offering several supermarkets, numerous shops, two weekly markets, and public transport, though having a personal vehicle is recommended.
The house features a day area with an open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen, and a night area with three bedroomsone with an en-suite bathroomand a second shared bathroom.
Just outside the kitchen is a covered terrace equipped with a dining table and chairs for outdoor meals. There is also a wooden cabin repurposed as a laundry room, equipped with a washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, and cleaning supplies. A small storage space is accessible under the staircase leading to the rooftop terrace.
The spacious porch/terrace allows for outdoor relaxation, complemented by a well-furnished rooftop terrace. Two TVs are provided: one in the living room (with a satellite antenna) and another in the master bedroom. Both are equipped with Chromecasts, enabling you to stream programs from your computer or mobile device.
High-speed fiber internet is available both inside and outside the house.
The fiber subscription, as well as water, gas, and electricity, are included in the rental fee, subject to reasonable usage.
