Studio flat in a recently built, privately owned, well maintained apartment building at ul. Koprzywianska 5 (right next to the tram terminus at ul. Grochowska, Praga Poludnie, Goclaw) . May be for 1 person or for a couple (there is one foldable sofa bed).
Only 100 meters to the tram terminus, bus stops (with plenty of trams and buses stopping there frequently) and 5 minutes' walk to the King Cross Praga Shopping Center, with supermarket, and other stores.
Furnished, with a private bathroom and a kitchen annex.
Equipped with a sofa bed, table with 2 chairs, coffee table, big wardrobe with mirror door, kitchen equipped with the necessary appliances, cooker, microwave, fridge, and necessary utensils, like plates, cutlery, a pot, a frying pan etc.
It takes only 25 minutes to get to the Center on a bus or a tram but you live close to parks, a nature reserve forest, places to ride a bike, skateboard, exercise outdoors in a calm and quiet area - with kind and polite neighbors in this privately owned apartment building. Public transport in this place is amazing. You will be just 100 metres from a big trams and buses stop. Trams and buses come and go frequently to the centre and other parts of Warsaw.
Apartment located on a the first floor (one floor above the ground floor). The building has an elevator, laundry room with several laundry machines and standing clothes dryers, parking for cars and bicycles (there is additional payment for the rental of garage or a storage room ) .
