The Space:
The interior has been recently renovated and features comfortable furnishings and modern appliances throughout. The spacious open plan living area has large original windows and features a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a large dining table and sofa. There are 2 spacious double bedrooms featuring large windows, plenty of storage space for clothes and luxurious double beds made up with memory foam mattresses and crisp hotel linen. The family bathroom has a shower and bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is also a spacious outdoor terrace with table and chairs. There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 guests when booking)

The Neighborhood:
Located in Tooting, SW London, (named one of the 10 coolest neighbourhoods on earth by lonely planet) there are a number of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars on your doorstep. Tooting and Broadway Markets are just a stones throw from the apartment, both home to an eclectic mix of food, drink fashion and gift stalls. Wimbledon Tennis club is also nearby, just a 10 minute drive or 30 minutes bus ride away. Tooting Broadway Underground station is right by the apartment and will get you to central London and Oxford Street within 20 minutes. There is a supermarket just opposite the apartment. Paid parking is available on Selkirk Street.
Getting Around:
There are a number of shops, restaurants bars and supermarkets all within easy walking distance. Tooting Broadway Underground station is right by the apartment and will get you to central London and Oxford Street within 20 minutes. There's also a number of bus routes servicing the road outside the property. Paid parking is also on Selkirk Street.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 5 people.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10\hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
There is a cleaning fee associated with this property, which needs to be paid before arrival. Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request via HousingAnywhere to complete the payment of the cleaning fee. Please do so, in order to proceed with the booking.
