This room is within a flat of 3 rooms, is a flat mainly for young professionals and posgraduates in a quiet street within the lively Tirso de Molina neighborhood, the place to be in Madrid. The room is really cool, with double-queen size hight quality bed (matress 140x190, with space below for boxes). The window provides tons of natural light. The room also has a private spacious walking closet.
The flat has two different bathrooms (one of them is shared by this room and another one), quite a big open kitcken. An amazing and lighty living room, with and impresive balcony and a stylish huge table ideal for home working or remote classes. Fully equiped.
The deposit-fianza of 600€. Refundable at the end of the stay, after checking the room-house (discounting only possible damages or pending bills).
Available for rentals from the 1st of June onwards. A minimum stay of 9 6 months.
