Bright,modern, spacious studio flat on two levels. 36 m2 with its own bathroom, jet-shower , toilet and own kitchenette. This studio has an extra loft level (an upper floor with comfortable stairs).
Downstairs: sitting room with kitchenette, separated bathroom, toilet. Fully equipped, wardrobe, sofa bed (can be open to sleep for 2 guests 160 cm large, comfortable)
Upstairs (upper floor): sleeping area with one 180 cm large bed on the loft .
Entrance: foreground together common with a huge , modern and luxurious apartment.There is a common entrance
area leading to the entrance of the studio.The monthly rent of the studio is min.600 Euros + utilities in case of min. 6 months' definit term rental contract, in case of one person. For short time - or in case of a couple - the rent is higher.
We let this studio for the personal use of one single person, or for a couple.
Location: RAKOCZI SQUARE with its old trees, city center, shops, little coffee shops, populare restaurants, next to metro station and tramway (running day and night on the Boulvard) Easy rech to Universities, BME, Corvinus, Pazmany Peter Catholic University.
We provide to our Tenants the official lease contract in English necessary for the Hungarian authorities.
