Friendly family with two kids (9 years old boy & 7 years old daughter) having a lot of fun. We like travelling, cycling and going out. We will consider all guests, but prefer to have a female tenant for long term. We have a spare room in the house, wish to rent it for long term. Our guest room is on the ground floor and comes with a private bathroom and access to the garden. Fast wifi access. Shared area includes the living room and the kitchen on the ground floor (bedrooms and bathroom of the host family is upstairs). Grocery, petrol station are in walking distance, also bus stops with access to the city centre are close (5-10 mins walk).
