Own bath. Ground floor apartment from DHH. A magnificent property. Ideal for retirees. No stairs. Like a house within a house. Near Fethiye there is the world-famous Ölüdeniz Lagoon. The beach can be reached in 7 minutes on foot, which is 2 km long and quite wide. On the beach promenade there are numerous restaurants and cafés with live English music. There are supermarkets around the house. Tennis court 2 minutes away. The bus stop to Fethiye Center is 4 minutes away and can be reached in 15 minutes.
