Una casa ancora recentemente rinnovata e moderna 3000SF con 5 camere da letto e nessun bambini, per riempirle! Siamo le giovani coppie, attualmente senza i bambini, ma un piccolo e bambino amichevole della pelliccia, perla. Stiamo ospitando gli studenti per i 3 anni scorsi e godiamo della società, delle culture e dell'esperienza, finché non avessimo nostra propria famiglia per riempire la nostra casa adorabile! Siamo attivo, professionisti lavoranti duri. Abbiamo programmi flessibili e forniamo un ambiente familiare fresco, casuale, molto freddo in cui le regole non sono necessarie finchè rispettiamo uno un altro e puliamo dopo noi stessi (I anche pulita tutto, MOLTO)! Amiamo cucinare tutti i tipi alimenti di nuovi di prova, di cucina e le ricette ed il DESSERT! VICINANZA & AMENITÀ viviamo in un attivo, nelle quiete ed in una vicinanza sicura sulla collina capitale in Burnaby del nord con le viste stupefacenti della città, dell'oceano e delle montagne. 10 minuti a SFU, 10 minuti a BCIT, 25-30mins a Vancouver del centro. una passeggiata di 5 minuti al parco & centro culturale di confederazione con una biblioteca nuovissima, stagno & centro ricreativo forma fisica/dell'interno, pista & campi, campi da tennis, tavole da ping-pong, aree di picnic e più (vedi il pics nella nostra galleria di foto). Siamo st di Hastings di 2 blocchetti di scarsità (circa una passeggiata di 2 minuti) in cui potete prendere un bus diretto in Vancouver del centro - rapida e facile! Tutte le nostre stanze di alloggio presso famiglie includono 3 PASTI AL GIORNO e quanto segue: - i pasti deliziosi e totali (3 al giorno) - se nessun pasto richiesto, più a tariffa ridotta può essere negoziato - inseriscono, tele fresche - scrittorio, lampada - comodino - gabinetto w/organizer - apprettatrice dei vestiti - Wifi - bagno privato (stanze superiori) - dispositivi doccia/della vasca w/modern e finisce - pieno accesso a nuovo LUI schermo delle macchine della lavanderia (macchine su ogni livello, su tutto il detersivo forniti) - TV disponibile su richiesta (incluso nella sala #3)

Overall an enjoyable and quality homestay experience. Host was welcoming, accommodating, and has created a very positive and enjoyable environment for guests from all over the world. My housemates were friendly and the rooms and common space was perfect in providing both privacy and quiet for some alone time, and a place to interact for those wanting to chat and hang out at the table. The neighborhood is beautiful, amazing views, safe and clean with a huge park and community centre with a pool, gym, outdoor tennis track, picnic area etc. motivates you to exercise in the fresh air! The host is very generous with her space and supplies — Laundry detergent, cleaners, bathroom tissue, and meals, were ALL INCLUDED (a higher rent option I do not regret). I was SO happy to find a place that provided these as, I began my stay in Canada in a simple room share (no meals, shared paid laundry). I lived off rice and ground beef and still spent min $600++ a month at the grocery store, plus laundry costs, etc. It’s SO expensive to live and pay for these items in Canada! Best meals I’ve ever had at a homestay. Well balanced, healthy, quality ingredients and very tasty. Rebecca is a great cook and baker — sweets/dessert almost every day. House is new, modern, very clean, well equipped with everything you need. I was welcomed with fresh linens, a welcome gift — nice touch! A “no rules” system was in place — everyone was to use their best discretion and not disrupt others or abuse privileges and lose them. No one wants to ruin it for the others, so it works! Made for a more relaxing environment compared to most places that put restrictions on everything. This homestay exceeded my expectations. I catch the bus 2 blocks down street that gets me downtown in 35 mins. Highly recommend. If you’re looking for a clean, quality and fun lifestyle and experience in Canada, this is where you want to stay.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying with this host family. From the beginning, they were incredibly kind and warm, which really helped me feel at ease. Although I was nervous at first, they created such a comfortable and friendly atmosphere that I quickly felt at home and was able to have natural conversations with them. One of the biggest reasons I would recommend this homestay is the house itself. It was clean, beautifully maintained, and made my stay very comfortable. Our room was spacious with plenty of storage, so unpacking and settling in was easy. The meals were always thoughtful and delicious. I really appreciated how they considered our food preferences and dietary needs. And the desserts after dinner? I still miss them! I’m very thankful for this experience and would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming place to stay.
