Sono un insegnante della didattica d'istruzione. 16 anni fa ricevo i turisti e gli studenti dello Spagnolo nella mia casa. Ho un vecchio appartamento ma recentemente rinnovato nel centro della città. La sua buona posizione permette che camminiate al turista principale ed ai siti culturali. La vicinanza è chiamata Montserrat. ed ha molti bus e ci sono 2 stazioni della metropolitana soltanto 3 blocchi dalla casa. Sono 9 blocchi da Plaza de Mayo, 5 blocchi dal congresso nazionale, 9 blocchi dal quartiere ispanico de San Telmo e 12 blocchi da Puerto Madero. 3 blocchi di La avoirdupois 9 di luglio e 4 dell'avoirdupois. Di maggio. Â I hanno 3 camere da letto disponibili. Due scelgono ed uno con 2 letti, per una coppia o 2 amici. Ogni mattina servisco una prima colazione calorosa in Argentina con il più di a dei cereali e della frutta. Senza programmi, durante la mattina. Nella casa avete Internet di wifi ed avete tempo libero, potete entrare e lasciare nella casa senza programmi al vostro gradimento. Gradisco cucinare, in modo da se siete interessato posso offrirgli il pranzo.

Mariel es una host increíble y un viajero no va tardar mucho en sentir su amabilidad y simpatía. Siempre me trataba como su propio familiar y me ofrecía consejos indispensables para conocer la ciudad de manera efectiva. Igual que es una señora muy educativa, paciente y comprensible. Una conversación con ella no solo ofrece informaciones sino tambiém sabiduría y reflexión. En el futuro creo que voy a alojarme en su lugar de nuevo. Gabriel(??)

Todo estuvo bueno menos que todas las toallas olía a mohos y nos dio un poco de una reacción alérgica. Pero Mariel era muy amable. Me gustó mucho hablar con ella. Realmente muy amigable. Everything was fine except that all the towels smelled moldy and gave us some allergies. I didn’t like that at all. But other than that, the stay was comfortable and Mariel was really nice. I really enjoyed our chats.

Mariel is a wonderful hostess from the first moment and soon becomes a friend. She knows her city and is a wealth of information about the whats, whens and hows of Buenos Aires. I will stay with her when I return.

Mariel is so, so sweet and I very much enjoyed the time I spent in her home. She always took the time to answer each and every one of my burning questions regarding Argentine culture, politics, the economy and even lunfardo; for that I am incredibly grateful. She stops at nothing to make sure her guests are well taken care of and she always made herself available when I needed someone to give me advice during difficult situations. I have been to Argentina three times and out of the two homes in which I have stayed, hers will always be my favorite. I could not imagine returning to Buenos Aires and not staying with Mariel again. She is an exceptional host and I consider myself very lucky to have had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know her.

Mariel is a wonderful host and the accommodation is comfortable and in a fantastic, central location with local amenities close by. Highly recommended, particularly for solo travellers. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

The first time for me in Buenos Aires, Mariel gave a good guidance e.g. how to get easily from the airport. Also her apartment is good located, well arranged and if needed Mariel is there for assistance and yes also for Spanish and other advices. It has been a pleasant and nice stay, thanks
