Great location and the flatmates were really nice. Sometimes the common areas can feel a bit small, but the accommodation it's really nice overall!

Great apartment. The only problem for me with the room was the lack of a window. Nevertheless, the place is super nice, comfortable and the location is perfect.

The house is fine. The bathrooms were ok and cleaned frequently (but there's just 4, 1 is in the kitchen). It was hard to cook (No space). The landlord was responsive, but strict and he shouted at me badly bcs my someone came into my room to fetch my bags. I had to leave for it.

I really liked my room and location is perfect. You can just walk everywhere and at night its quiet. However its a little overpriced and there are many rules in the house that was not mention before moving in. You are not allowed to have guests even during day, there are cameras in halls and the kitchen, silence after 22 o clock. Basically you have a feeling you are in the hostel. There are no common space and two apartments are combined in one sharing only single kitchen for 20 rooms! If you are busy spending time outside its perfect but it can be annoying for living there for longer period of time. Regarding the Landlord : he and his wife are nice persons, quickly respond for messages.

The place is in an amazing location right next to the Saldanha metro station. Also, I was very lucky with the people that were living at the apartment at the same time and we had a great time together. However, I think it's important to know that the landlord has some rules about the apartment which aren't mentioned on Uniplaces. For example, you are not allowed to have guests over at all (also not during the day). The kitchen, which is the only common area is very small and with only 8 chairs for 20 people it gets a bit crowded. Also the landlord put up cameras everywhere which he monitors, something which I did not particularly like... In general, I liked the place but I think you need to be aware of what you sign up for.
