Bright and modern apartment for rent located at the foot of the Bellosguardo hill in Florence. The house has been recently completely renovated and very well equipped to guarantee you every comfort you need during your stay in Florence. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms (both with private TV), a well-equipped eat-in kitchen and a complete bathroom with shower and bidet. Meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of your stay to calculate the amounts due. For stays longer than two months we will ask the guest to send us the meter reading monthly, so that you do not have to pay a high value at the end, thus being able to have your consumption under control.
