This penthouse is simply breathtaking. Located on the 8th floor, it can be accessed easily via the lift that goes up to the 7th floor. Once you enter the apartment, you will be immediately struck by the splendid living area, divided between the living room, kitchen and dining area. Natural light fills the spaces thanks to the large windows overlooking the city, creating a welcoming and bright atmosphere. The double bedroom is tastefully and elegantly furnished, providing a comfortable night's sleep after a busy day in the city. The bathroom is modern and functional, equipped with everything necessary for your comfort. But the real pearl of this apartment is the large panoramic terrace, which offers a breathtaking view over the city of Florence. The dome of the Cathedral and that of the Medici Chapels stand out against the horizon, creating an unforgettable scene. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
