Crossing the threshold, you will be greeted by a spacious living area, cleverly divided between a welcoming living room and a modern and functional kitchen. Here you can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation or prepare culinary delights with fresh ingredients from the local market. The two double bedrooms are authentic oases of comfort, tastefully furnished and designed to guarantee maximum rest. The modern bathroom with shower completes the environment, offering a touch of luxury and practicality. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
