The apartment is bright and spacious and the view from the balcony over the Tagus River is amazing! Furnished living room, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 office and 2 bathrooms, this apartment is perfect for a couple looking for their new home. Close to MAAT museum and not far from the historic centre of Belém it is just a short bicycle/bus/tram ride away to downtown. Excellent public transportation access, with bus/tram stop in front of the building (714, 727, 751, E15) and boat/train station a 5-minute walk away. Free street parking and a car park at the back of the building. A grocery shop, a bakery, and automatic laundry are located across the street. The space: Bedroom 1 - one double bed (1,60x2) Bedroom 2 - one single bed (0,90x2) Office with desk and chair WC1 - complete with bathtub; towel warmer; hair dryer WC2 - complete with shower; towel warmer Equipment: Living areas - TV; air conditioning Kitchen - fridge and freezer, clothes washing machine; dishwasher machine; coffee machine (Nespresso capsules); citrus juicer; kettle; toaster; blender, pot and pans and other utensils Rooms - closet, heater, and fan Clothes hangers; iron and ironing board. WIFI throughout the apartment. Important: Utility and internet bills are included (with a limit of 150€). We celebrate short term rental contracts.
