Our apartment is located on the low ground floor of the building and consists of three completely separate rooms: a living room, a bedroom, and a guest room. The bedroom is equipped with a large bed measuring 160x200 cm. It is spacious and equipped with numerous wardrobes, providing ample space for storing clothes and other personal belongings. The apartment is situated in the city center, close to all amenities and public transportation.
The apartment includes basic appliances and additional equipment for a comfortable stay, with a one-time surcharge upon arrival:

* Bedding for one person: €20, for two people: €30

The surcharge for the listed equipment is not intended as an additional cost but is introduced to allow lower rental prices for those who do not require this equipment or prefer to use their own.
Other amenities are available upon request, depending on your needs. The stated surcharge for additional equipment applies for the entire rental period and is paid as a one-time fee upon arrival. The listed rental price applies to one person. The surcharge for a second person depends on the rental duration. The reservation includes a stay only for registered guests. Any additional person staying overnight is subject to a charge of €12 per night. Guests may have visitors, but visitors staying longer than two hours will be considered additional guests and charged accordingly. Failure to register additional persons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund. Sharing the entrance code with others is strictly prohibited. This measure is implemented for security reasons and legal obligations and is essential for the protection of all guests and the host. The shared public area of the building is under video surveillance.
