The recently renovated apartment on Carrer de Sant Roc is offering rooms for rent. It is located on the 5th floor of a building without an elevator. Our furnished apartments include a kitchen with basic appliances (fridge, washing machine, microwave; no oven) and bedrooms with a bed, desk, closet, lockable door, 1 set of sheets, duvet, pillow, fan, and electric heater. All apartments have Wi-Fi. Payment methods accepted are bank transfer, cash (in-office), or card (in-office).
Check-in times fee
- Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 14:20: free of charge
- Monday - Friday from 14:30 to 20:00: 20€.
- Saturday, Sunday and Holidays from 11:00 to 18:00: 40€ (subject to availability)
- Saturday, Sunday and Holidays from 18:00 to 20:00: 50€ (subject to availability)
- No possibility of check-in after 20:00 (except exceptions and subject to availability; 50€)
- The Check-in fee payment is only in cash and without change.
- Each 30 min delay concerning the confirmed check-in time, will have an additional supplement of 10€ (unless prior notice by (hidden)).
