We are located in Vedado, Havana's cultural district. Just two blocks from the central and famous corner of 23rd and 12th Streets, and three from the iconic Colón Cemetery. Just a few minutes' walk away are the Cuban Art Factory (FAC), the Malecón, and Havana's main cinemas and theaters. I am a songwriter and percussionist, and I teach basic classes in conga drum techniques and rhythms. My wife is a yoga instructor and teaches private classes in Hatha Yoga, Meditation and mindfulness, and Zentangle drawing. We have one room, ideal for independent travelers who want to experience Cuban life and its close proximity. The room has a private bathroom, city views, and hot and cold water. It is very cool, with three large windows with shutters that can be left open at night to enjoy the fresh air that blows in from the sea. We offer coffee, tea, or juice in the morning accompanied by something light. We enjoy socializing, meeting new people, sharing culture and experiences, and helping visitors feel happy and safe.
