The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a living area divided between living room and kitchen and kitchen with a mezzanine and two full bathrooms with shower. A very beautiful, modern and elegant house, which combines more classic elements with more modern ones and with all the comforts needed for a relaxing holiday. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is €30 per month. Guests are required to pay for Florence tourist tax (€4 per night for seven nights at most) to be paid in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 are exempt.
