In the villa district of Prague 6, I will rent a 1+kk apartment with an outdoor terrace.
What you will greatly appreciate is the location of the apartment. The apartment is located approx. 4 min walk to the Dejvická metro station, 10 min walk to the Prague Castle, 10 min by metro to the center, 25 min by public transport to the airport, 25 min to the railway station.
For sporting activities, there is a playground in the street, nearby the city park Stromovka, Ladronka, the Hvezda nature reserve and a cycle path that will take you all the way to the Okor castle.
The bed is a pull-out, while the layout creates a large airport with a quality mattress of 160 cm x 200 cm, where two people can sleep. The apartment is completely renovated, all equipment is new.
The equipment of the apartment is according to the photos + microwave oven, electric kettle, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, bedding, towels.
A shared washing machine and a small laundry drying room are available in the common areas of the house on the same floor.
The price includes all services (hot and cold water, heating, electricity, internet, municipal waste collection, use of a shared washing machine).
The house has been completely renovated and is very well insulated, so the apartment is warm in the winter and pleasantly cool in the hot summer.
