This apartment is unique with it's location due to easy access anywhere around the center of Prague. It is close to 2 of the 3 Prague underground lines (metro B - Námestí Republiky station and metro C - Hlavní nádraží) and tram stops that will get you anywhere around Prague. In a walking distance you can find Wenceslas square (650m), Palladium (500m) or Slovanský dum (450m). All around there are also a number of high quality restaurants, shops and services.
Apartment is located in the inner courtyard side of the building, pointing to the direction of The Grand Mark Hotel's terrace, therefore there is no problem with outside noises (except for the occasional screams from peacocks running around the Hotel's terrace during the day). The apartment is also a part of a larger housing unit (145m2) with 2 other flats. It is, however, fully independent and only the hall and entrance to the housing unit is shared with the other 2 apartments.
There are all amenities included needed for comfortable living - an adjustable king size bed 180x200, a sofa-bed 160x200, a desk for work from home, a built-in wardrobe, beautiful bathroom with a washing machine, new kitchen with everything needed (silverware/cutlery/pan/pot..) including a dishwasher and a dining table with chairs. There is also a separate storage room accessible from the balcony for additional space to store stuff.
There is also a TV with Netflix, HBO Max and Playstation 5 with 6 different paid games available.
!! Please take into acccount that from the entrance to balcony will be closed because of building renovations from the inner courtyard side. The rest of the apartment is fully operational. Let me know if you need more information
