We are renting out a room in our apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet area and is close to Wieselgrensplatsen and Rambersvallen's tram\bus stops. It takes (by tram or bus) 7 minutes to the city center, 18 minutes to Chalmers, 16-22 minutes to the University of Gothenburg, and 15 minutes to Volvo Car Torslanda. Buses and trams run approximately every 2-3 minutes.
Here are some facilities nearby:
u can find McDonald's, supermarkets like Willys and Coop, Bravida Arena (football stadium), Lundby Badhus (swimming pool and gym), Nordic Wellness (gym), Keillers Park (beautiful mountain park for daily hiking), Volvo Groups facilities within 100-500 meters.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower) and a glassed balcony.
One of the bedrooms is available for rent. The room is equipped with a bed, a working desk, a chair, a wardrobe, a bedside table. Bed sheets are also provided if desired.
You will share the apartment with me, my girlfriend, who is a student and another student.
The monthly rent is 700 euros, or the corresponding amount in Swedish crowns. U will receive a contract and a recipt for each monthly rent. The first month's rent will be paid through Housinganywhere, but other months and the deposition by cash. The deposition can be paid in euros too.
The apartment will be available from the 15th of August with 5 months as minimum of rental period.
Some rules:
- We keep the apartment clean by a fair cleaning schedule.
- 22:00-06:00 is silence time in Sweden. u can still listen to music or talk on the phone but with a lower volume.
- As quiet individuals who appreciate our privacy, we kindly ask that no parties\friends or smoking be held here.
- If u have family members\friends that want to visit u, there is a possibility to rent a Guest apartment for max of 7 days for 400 SEK per night if available.
We believe in creating a peaceful environment that allows everyone to relax and enjoy their personal space.
