The flat also has a washing machine, an ironing board, an iron, a clothes rack. You will also find cleaning items already provided in the apartment: bagless hoover, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, broom... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: housing insurance, condominium fees, unlimited wi-fi, household waste tax, electricity, water. With its statue of Louis the 14th and Bellecour square, the biggest pedestrian square in Europe where many cultural and sporting events are held, this is one of Lyon's most emblematic neighbourhoods. Ideally situated in the city centre (2nd arrondissement) at the heart of the Presqu'île, you can find many shops, restaurants, terraces and beautiful fountains on the longest pedestrianised streets in Lyon such as République and Victor Hugo. The stunning Célestins theatre takes centre stage in its recently renovated public square. Bellecour neighbourhood is extremely well connected to public transport links via the subway and several bus routes.
