Host (one couple) lives on the main floor with three small, non-shedding dogs (a cockapoo and two shih tzus) who are friendly to everyone. Tenants may have a non- or low-shedding dog, but no shedding dogs or cats. There is free on-street parking in the neighborhood. It is a 15-20 minute walk to West Hyattsville Metro Stop (green line); 3 miles (10-15 minute drive) to the hospital triplex that consists of the Washington DC VA Medical Center, Children's National Medical Center, and Medstar Washington Hospital; 5-10 minute drive to restaurants and shopping (e.g., Mall at Prince George's, Target, etc.); 1 mile to Maryland/DC border.
